Question 1

What is Kumo HR Agent 2.0?

Accepted Answer

Kumo HR Agent 2.0 is the agentic HR employee that reads CVs, contracts, and policies, sees each tool’s real result, and keeps going. It plans missions, executes multi-step HR work, pauses for confirmation on sensitive steps, and cannot claim work it has not finished.

Question 2

What is Kumo?

Accepted Answer

Kumo is the world's first Agentic HR Employee: an autonomous People OS that plans missions, executes multi-step HR work, and shows its work with a full audit trail.

Question 3

How is an agentic HR employee different from an HR chatbot?

Accepted Answer

A chatbot suggests. Kumo acts. It runs hiring, onboarding, payroll, leave, reviews, and compliance workflows end-to-end, pausing for your confirmation on sensitive steps.

Question 4

Can external AI agents use Kumo?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Kumo exposes the same HR operations through a scoped API and an MCP server so Claude, Cursor, VS Code, and your own agents can do HR work through Kumo. Kumo is also an MCP client: you can connect the systems you already run, and every external action waits for approval.
